Betting should be entertainment, never a way to make money or solve problems. Realpundit is for adults aged 18+ only.
Stay in control
- Set a budget before you bet and stick to it.
- Never chase losses or borrow to bet.
- No code or prediction is a sure thing — even top pundits lose often.
- Take breaks, and use your bookmaker's deposit limits and self-exclusion tools.
Get help
If betting is causing you or someone you know harm, talk to someone you trust and contact a local problem-gambling support service.
