1. About us and these Terms

Realpundit (the “Service”) is operated by Realpundit (“Realpundit”, “we”, “us”). The Service includes the Realpundit mobile apps, the web app at bets.realpundit.com, the website at realpundit.com, our short links and any related services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling page, form a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You can reach us at support@realpundit.com or through the official @realpundit chat in the app.

2. What Realpundit is — and is not

Realpundit is a community where pundits share betting codes (“betcodes”) and analysis, and where others follow, copy and rebet them. The Service lets you:

• post betcodes with a screenshot of the betslip, which we read automatically and match to real fixtures;
• follow pundits, copy their codes, rebet them with your own changes, react, comment and chat;
• see grades and rankings calculated from settled results;
• sell access to codes (“paid codes”) or to all your subscriber-only codes (“paid followership”), and earn referral rewards;
• read football statistics and Realpundit AI match analyses.

Realpundit is not a bookmaker, betting operator or gambling platform. We do not accept, place, hold or settle bets, we do not hold stakes or pay winnings, and we are not a party to any bet you make. Bets are placed only with bookmakers, under their own terms, licences and rules. Links that open a bookmaker with a code are a convenience; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any bookmaker unless we say so expressly. Bookmaker names and logos belong to their owners.

Nothing on Realpundit is financial, investment or betting advice, and nothing is a guarantee. Betcodes, grades, statistics and AI analyses are opinions and information for entertainment. You decide whether to bet, and you bear the result.

3. Eligibility

To use Realpundit you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher;
• live in a place where sports betting and using a service like Realpundit is lawful — it is your responsibility to check;
• be able to enter a binding contract, and not have been banned from the Service before.

We ask you to confirm your age when you sign up. If we believe a user is under 18 or using the Service unlawfully, we will close the account. Do not use Realpundit if you have excluded yourself from gambling or if betting is causing you harm — see Responsible Gambling.

4. Your account

You sign in with your phone number (we send a one-time code on WhatsApp), your email address, or Google or Facebook. One person has one identity on Realpundit, which can own several usernames (“accounts”). Your wallet, PIN, bank accounts and referrals belong to your identity; posts, followers and grades belong to each username.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Your legal name must match the bank account you withdraw to.
• Keep your sign-in methods, devices and wallet PIN secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away at support@realpundit.com if you think someone else has access.
• Do not sell, transfer or share an account, or impersonate a person, pundit, brand or Realpundit itself.
• Usernames must not mislead or offend. We may reclaim a username that breaks these Terms or infringes someone’s rights.

5. Posting betcodes and other content

“Your content” means everything you post or send: betcodes, betslip screenshots, captions, comments, messages, quotes, rebets, your profile and avatar. You are responsible for it and you must have the right to post it.

Verification and results

When you post a betcode, we read the screenshot with automated text recognition and match each selection to a real fixture. You review and confirm the selections before publishing. Results are settled automatically from official match data and are recorded permanently in your history and grade. Automated reading and settlement can occasionally be wrong; if you see an error, report it and we will review it. Our decision on settlement and grading after review is final for the purposes of the Service.

Rules for posts

• Only post codes and slips that are genuine and that you are entitled to share. Never edit, fabricate or reuse someone else’s slip.
• A betcode must match its screenshot. Codes for one country may not work in another; mark a code “worldwide” only where allowed.
• Once a post has been bought by anyone, it cannot be deleted, so buyers keep what they paid for and results stay honest.
• Rebets and quotes must credit the original through the features we provide.

Licence you give us

You keep ownership of your content. You give Realpundit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example to fit a share card or preview), display and distribute your content in order to operate, improve and promote the Service, including on share pages and link previews. This licence ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for copies kept for legal reasons, settled results that form part of other users’ records, content others have already bought, and content shared or quoted by others.

Public information

Your username, display name, avatar, bio, posts, results, grade and follower counts are public, including to people without an account. Your legal name, phone number, email address, wallet and bank details are never shown publicly.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• post fake, edited or misleading slips, results or claims (for example “guaranteed wins” or “fixed matches”);
• sell or promote fixed-match schemes, scams, pyramid schemes, or bets on events whose outcome you know or have influenced;
• harass, threaten, defraud or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal material;
• target, encourage or sell to anyone under 18, or encourage anyone to bet beyond their means or to chase losses;
• manipulate grades, rankings, reactions, follows or referrals — including with multiple identities, bots, collusion or self-referral;
• send spam or unsolicited promotions, or take conversations off-platform to avoid our fees;
• use the Service for money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse or to move funds that are not yours;
• scrape, copy or resell Realpundit data or content, or reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service or its security;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or break any law.

You can report users, posts and messages in the app. We may review content and messages that are reported or that our systems flag, and remove anything that breaks these Terms.

7. Paid codes, paid followership and Realpundit AI

For buyers

• Paid codes are bought once. After payment you can see the code and its selections. You pay for access to the pundit’s opinion — not for a result. A losing code is not a reason for a refund.
• Paid followership is a monthly subscription to a pundit. It gives access to their subscriber-only codes while it is active. It renews automatically each period by charging the card you paid with, until you turn off auto-renew in the app. If you turn it off, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails we may retry up to three times; after that the subscription lapses.
• Once you have paid to follow a pundit, the follow stays a paid follow: if your subscription lapses you can renew or unfollow, but you cannot switch back to a free follow of that pundit.
• Realpundit AI analyses are free for a trial period after you sign up. After that you can buy a pass for a fixed number of days. Passes do not renew automatically; buying a pass early adds its days after your current trial or pass ends.
• Prices are shown before you pay, in your account currency where available, and include any fees we charge you.

For pundits who sell

• You set your own prices within the limits we allow. You must describe paid content honestly and deliver what you advertise.
• For each sale we deduct our platform fee (shown in the app and which we may change for future sales with notice), and the rest is credited to your wallet.
• Selling tips may be regulated where you live. You are responsible for complying with those rules and for declaring and paying any taxes on your earnings.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are taken on our website (realpundit.com/pay) by our payment providers, currently Paystack and Flutterwave, under their terms. We never see or store your full card number. When you pay for a subscription, the provider stores a token so renewals can be charged; you can stop renewals at any time.

Because paid content is delivered immediately, purchases are final once the content is unlocked, except where:

• you were charged but the content was not made available to you, or you were charged twice;
• we remove a paid post or account for breaking these Terms before you could use what you bought; or
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund that cannot be excluded.

To ask for a refund, contact support@realpundit.com within 14 days of the charge with the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related access is removed and the pundit’s earnings from it are reversed. Abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension.

9. Wallet, earnings and withdrawals

• Your wallet records what you have earned. It is not a bank account or e-money account, does not earn interest, and cannot be used to place bets or buy content.
• New earnings are held for a period (currently 24 hours) before they can be withdrawn, so we can deal with failed payments, refunds and fraud. The current hold period and minimum and daily withdrawal limits are shown in the app.
• You can withdraw only to a bank account in your own legal name, verified by our payment provider. Withdrawals need your wallet PIN. Bank and provider charges may apply.
• To meet anti-money-laundering, fraud-prevention and tax obligations we may ask for identity documents, delay or refuse a withdrawal, reverse credits that came from fraudulent or refunded payments, and report suspicious activity to the authorities.
• If we close your account for a serious breach of these Terms, earnings connected to the breach may be withheld or returned to the buyers. Other available earnings will be paid out to your verified bank account once any review is finished, unless the law prevents it.

10. Referrals and ambassadors

You can invite people with your referral link. If a person you referred earns from paid content, you receive a percentage of their net earnings for a limited period. The rate and duration that apply are fixed when the person signs up and are shown in the app. Referral rewards come out of Realpundit’s fee — never out of the referred pundit’s earnings. Ambassadors may have individual terms agreed with us.

Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, paid sign-ups, and misleading promotion (including spam and claims of guaranteed winnings) are not allowed. We may withhold rewards obtained this way and close the accounts involved. We may change or end the referral programme for future sign-ups at any time; rewards already earned are not affected.

11. Chats, groups and notifications

Direct messages and group chats are private to their members, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. We store messages to provide the Service and may review them when they are reported, to investigate abuse, or when the law requires. Group owners and admins can manage their members within the rules of the app.

Service notices (for example results, sales and payouts) are delivered as messages from the official @realpundit account and, if you allow it, as push notifications, WhatsApp messages or emails. You can manage notification permissions in your device and app settings. We may still send messages that are required for security, payments or legal reasons.

12. Statistics, grades and AI analyses

Fixture statistics come from third-party data providers. Grades are calculated automatically from settled results and posting activity using a formula we may adjust. Realpundit AI analyses are generated by statistical models and AI systems and reviewed before publication; they can be wrong.

All of this is provided for information and entertainment. It is not a prediction you can rely on, it is not betting advice, and past performance does not predict future results. Do not use it as the only basis for any decision.

13. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, the Realpundit name and trophy-R logo, grades and AI analyses, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while you follow these Terms. You may share links and share cards using the features we provide, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content, data or branding in any other way without our written permission.

14. Third-party services

The Service links to and relies on third parties such as bookmakers, payment providers, Google and Facebook sign-in, WhatsApp, app stores and data providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their services, content or availability, including whether a bookmaker accepts a code or settles a bet the same way we do.

15. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Realpundit accurate, secure and available, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties — express or implied — that the Service, content, codes, results, grades or analyses are accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Content posted by users is theirs, not ours. We do not check every post before it appears and we do not endorse any pundit, code or opinion. Some accounts may be run by Realpundit to show how the Service works; their posts go through the same verification and are settled the same way.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Realpundit and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for: any betting losses, stakes or missed winnings; decisions you make based on content in the Service; indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and (b) the equivalent of USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Realpundit for claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that arise from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of the law or someone else’s rights, except to the extent we caused them.

18. Suspension and closing your account

We may warn you, remove content, limit features, hold withdrawals while we investigate, or suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect users or the Service. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You can appeal a decision by writing to support@realpundit.com.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting support@realpundit.com from the email or phone number on your account. We review the request and delete the account within 7 days; signing in again before then cancels the request. Once deleted, an account and its usernames cannot be recovered. Before requesting deletion, withdraw your available earnings and turn off any subscription renewals. Some information is kept after deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If we close the Service entirely we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to withdraw your available earnings.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law or our business. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Realpundit after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint, please contact support@realpundit.com first — most issues are resolved quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be decided by the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

21. General

• These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the Service, without reducing your rights.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• These Terms are written in English. Translations are for convenience; if they differ, the English version applies.
